Founded by long time vegetarians and avid travelers with almost twenty years experience living, working and organizing trips within Asia, VegVoyages' aim is to provide you with exciting and unique "off-the-beaten-track" vegan and vegetarian adventures.

Originally coming to Asia two decades ago to oversee production and distribution operations for a film company, brothers Zac and Jason Lovas met RK Singhji on their first project in India and have been great friends (more like family) ever since. Years later, "fed up" with the film and television industry, Zac, Jason and Singhji - as he is affectionately nicknamed, started VegVoyages – a combination of their shared passion for South Asian and Southeast Asian cultures, travel and great vegetarian food, and have never looked back since.

They love their jobs and are passionate about sharing their excitement and affection for the countries their adventures run in and this passion and excitement is reflected in every one of VegVoyages' adventures. At VegVoyages, we try our best to make your traveling experience with us different. We only go to destinations where we have personally lived and worked in and know closely; that way you get first hand knowledge of the region, its people, its cultures – and of course, its cuisines. Our goal is to provide you with a real travel experience where you can take in everything the destination has to offer - and have a great time doing it!

An adventure with VegVoyages is not your typical holiday or package tour, and we don’t hand your trip off to agents. Instead, every one of our adventures we oversee personally to ensure that you get the best adventure we possibly can offer. Our goal is to provide you with much more than just a holiday, but a real life experience. For the duration of your adventure, our objective is to take you as far away from your world as possible and completely immerse you into the culture, customs, traditions and daily life of another.

Also with VegVoyages, vegans and vegetarians are no longer the odd-ones-out. No more having to "go hungry" and subsist on salads and side dishes. Catering to the needs of vegans and vegetarians is our specialty and commitment, and every adventure is designed to introduce you to some of the tastiest veggie food that we have found in the region. From market stalls, local cafes, private home-cooked meals and popular neighborhood restaurants - you'll be sure to enjoy the gastronomic delights of each country you visit. You’ll even learn to make some of these delicacies in cooking classes that are part of every VegVoyages adventure.

The aim of every one of our adventures is for the rich tapestry, history, culture, way of life and cuisine of the region to come to life for our fellow travelers, which you’ll pleasantly find is often quite different from where we come from.  It's another world from what most of us may be used to, and we look forward to sharing it with you!
