Within 48-72 hours, you will receive an email from us confirming your reservation as well as giving instructions on how to make the non-refundable deposit of US$200/- (per person/per tour). The deposit can be made by credit card online via our secure payment link, by credit card payment over the phone directly to our office, or by check or money order. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you your Adventure Confirmation Receipt along with your VegVoyages Pre-Departure Essentials Package to help you better prepare for your tour.

Final payment. Please pay the balance in full no less than 50 days prior to your departure or pay the full tour amount if booking less than 50 days before your departure. A final payment reminder and instructions on how to make the final payment will be emailed to you.
